About Us

The Compass Loft

The Compass Loft is an efficiency garage apartment with a large kitchenette that sleeps 3. As an upstairs apartment, it feels like you're in a cute boho tree house. The Loft has a Queen size bed and a twin sleeper sofa. The entrance is private with key pad entry locks and guests have access to driveway or street parking as well as free EV charging. The vintage décor is fun and eclectic so make sure you take time to read the postcards and vintage airmail letters!

The Compass North

The Compass North is one of two units that comprise the Compass Entire House. This unit sleeps 5 and has one bedroom with a Queen bed, one bath, a full size sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa. It has a dining room, full kitchen with complimentary waters, Keurig coffees and snacks. It has a washer and dryer for guests to use. The TV is in the bedroom and bathroom is accessed through the bedroom as well. The front entrance is private with a key pad entry lock and guests have access to driveway or street parking. It is securely divided from the Compass South by a solid door with a keyed deadbolt.

The Compass South is the second of two units that comprise the Compass Entire House. This unit sleeps 4 and has one bedroom with a Queen bed, one large bath and a full size sleeper sofa. It has a kitchenette with a small fridge, complimentary Keurig coffees, waters and snacks. The TV is in the living room. The side entrance is private with a key pad entry lock and guests have access to driveway or street parking. It is securely divided from the Compass North by a solid door with a keyed deadbolt. The travel theme highlights vintage postcards from across the United States.

The Compass Entire House

The Best of Both Worlds!

The entire house is the North & South units with the door opened in between. The entire house sleeps up to 9 and has all of the amenities of the North and South combined with access through either keyed entry. This is a great option for families, girl's night outs, or small groups traveling together.
